Returns

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or a replacement item, including any shipping costs incurred.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom-made products. If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you can return the item and place a new order for the correct size or product.
Return Process

Initiating a Return: To start a return for a defective or damaged item,
please email us at info@colorhaze.se within 14 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. -
Return Shipping: For defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to the wrong size or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address: Returns should be sent to the Return Adress written on you package.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds for returns due to size or change of mind will be issued as store credit.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account after processing.

We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use trackable shipping for returns to ensure they reach us safely.
Consumer Rights in Sweden / EU
As a customer in Sweden, you have the legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws. This gives you the right to return items that are not defective for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), as long as the items are unused and in original condition.
